Let others live

                          In Indian conditions, especially in non-metro areas , a girl having a boy friend at most of the times carry negative image in his friend circle.This is the way we look at relations. Recently, an article was published in Times of India about the rape incident happened in Pune. A teenage girl wanted to meet his boy friend in a lonely area and he appeared with his friend's gang and the out come is rape and suicide of the girl.

                         In the recent times, every one is observing the impact of western culture in our dating style.Freak-out joints for couples offering a lot of loneliness. We are Indians and we can never say in homes about our dates as Americans do.Lot of variation between us .If a girl wears a slightly revealing clothes, she is a cleopatra for us and if she says 'No' to friendship we offered then she is definitely bad and by chance, if she says 'Yes' ....gone all her image .We praise her beauty before her and back of her..waah..we always speak of the romance we had with her.

      

                       I wont say that every girl is good and I wont say that every boy is bad but there is limit to everything.If she says 'No' we should live it there.I find a few couples , who make promises of marriage in tender age.Marriage in Indian conditions need lot of commitment and you are making promises of marriage at a very little age.Marriage, commitments and responsibilities at tender age always become a burden in later part.

     

                  Everything can be controlled even the hormonal  factors in the body can be controlled by self-realization.Relation with opposite sex always give pleasure in initial stages but break-up gives more pain than that .I witness many people who are facing that pain.The misery is the girls even are ready for a break-up.May be its because of women-empowerment and many gilrs and boys want time-pass relation and time-pass relation includes everything.If both are ready to take it in the same way .its too good but one person takes it other way, the heart-ache starts.

             Whatever it is, Love at first sight may exists but its probability will not be more than 0.01 but infatuation at first sight will be around 50 but intentional drowning will be around 50 especially it is from boys side.I may be poking my nose in others issues by writing this blog but it really makes me think when my fellow friends speak positively with their GF's and negatively in their absence.  

                        

We need development-not separate telangana

                                     Today Times of India has published clear reports of Suresh Tendulkar's commission reports on poverty.37% of population are living below the poverty line and more abject is rural poverty, which is 42% .Orissa,Madhyapradesh,Bihar,Jharkhand,Chattisgarh are the most affected states.Jharkhand and Chattisgarh in list indicates that the partition of them has not increases the standards of living.Reasons may be many but its again proved that separate states cannot be panacea for every problem.

                                    Telangana is a backward area where only 12 lakh acres come under irrigation and there are certain areas in this region where transport,health,education facilities are denied and this region needs and deserves all-round development but dont say that the separate state sanctions everything.In a nation like India where a district is greater than atleast 85 nations of the world, development genesis will not be a roller-coaster ride.It needs ideas,strategy,execution and more over I m sure that separate state is not a strategy for development.Its a strategy of a few demagogues for power.

                                   What it takes for development of Telangana? Dont show the history saying Nehru said this ,State commisions advised this because advises may mis-lead us some times.Its true that development process in Telangana is handicappedand more over many projects which are promised are not yet started and a few irrigation projects started are not in progress.Development of a region should not deny the development of other regions and for that no one can say to take Hyderabad with them in division.

                              The back-wardedness of Telangana is not different from other regions of India of course Telangana is comparatively less developed.The symptoms are different but diseas is same.Corruption,non-transparency, demagoguery and the treatment should cure the symptoms along with the disease and the Quinine is good leadership and fair democracy.

                             Allot the backward package to Telangana along with north costal Andhra and Rayalaseema.Identify other backward areas of the nations and form district governments and empower local bodies.Keep the power of correction in the hands of people , who are going to face the consequences of their action.

                               Leadership is all about ideas and execution and bring the leader out of common man.When we have right to vote, we should have right to correct things.More over bring instant justice law for corruption.Appoint special courts which deal with corruption cases.It may seem as they take most of the money but it doesnt.

                              Whatever the reson may be? Dont undone the work done by Sardar Vallabhai Patel, who created history in the unification process of India without much bloodshed.It was not possible to Italians, which is a small nation and not possible to Germans in such a less time.Its the potential of Indian leadership.Bring that back and form a new India.

                                I would love to say JAIHIND instead of Jaitelangana and I expect my next generation to do it with proud in a safer and healthy India.

Telangana

            After 62 years of independence and 53 years of integrated state, we are unable to progress and if we still feel  that a region is completely backward, whom to blame? what to be done? Another state can be the solution? If it can be the solution, fragment this nation like anything but promise the unprivileged that he will be provided 3 meals a day and basic amenities.

          I anticipate that the condition wont change if we get a state named -TELANGANA . I born in that so-called region which is taking lives of people for its partition. Yeah, the truth is that there are problems in this region but they are not so different from other regions.Hyderabad, which comes under this region is well developed with highest per-capita income and its not completely true that rulers completely neglected this region.A classic example is-majority C.M's till the day in Andhra pradesh is from Rayalaseema, but still region is devoid of good crops and income resources.

         The youngsters who are coming on to the roads doesn't understand that they are destroying their own property.Whats the need of attacking Hyderabad central?There is a way to fight if u feel like. You cant destroy properties like rowdies.I really feel ashamed of these youngsters. In democracy, everyone has given right to fight for their own cause but you have no right to go against others rights.

         Telangana formation is not going to bring any changes in the lives of poor/unprivileged people . It is more a political stunt now.They have been silent for 5 years as Rajasekhar reddy's Charisma was going on(Charisma from public perception point of view,I am against his deeds) and now they have got the chance to show their muscle but their muscle is causing harm to innocent lives.

       I dont know, where from this term of free-zone(regarding Hyderabad) has come from.Is it in the presidential order of 1975 or in the judgment of supreme court? It is no where .Its all demagoguery .There is nothing like that and I dont think this demagogues can arrive at a solution regarding Hyderabad soon.

      I dont know the solution exactly but if anyone ask me for my view, I want to live as an Indian .I may have born in Telangana but its all by chance and I want to die as an Indian and please dont do every bloody sort to show your muscle.Restore the ambiance. Please come to a solution as soon as possible.One man may die because of hunger strike but many are dieing because of him.Its not good for this nation.

My letter to Loksatta regarding Telangana

Dear Jayaprakash Narayan,
For the first time after you entered politics, I am doubting your allegiance to your values.Yesterday, in a news channel I heard that Loksatta is supporting the hartal, Rastharokho etc., etc, in support of Telangana.I dont know whether it is true or not , but I wish its not true.
You said as a responsible citizen we should examine the party/contestant several times before I vote and I want to know your clear-cut ideologies about Telangana.I never expected this party to go against public property even though for a cause or doing things unabashedly like taking middle-way , not explaining truths to the public , being silent for a political cause.
I wholly agree with your statement that the formation of states is not going to help public anymore and if you and the party believe in this ideology, why dont you express it? and when you are projecting your self as the pioneer of better politics, why do u hide away when we are looking at you to explain truths.
We, the youngsters of this nation looked at you with respect all the time.It doesnt matter whether you/your party win or loose in bloody elections but we really expected you to tell the truth all the time , follow the values all the time and we expected you to run the second independence movement for the public not for the party but whats the reason behind your brooding now?
We want a clear-cut answers. When the state is burning like anything for a mediocre cause, you cant sit calm and ideal ,thinking that your statements may harm the party.Believe me, your silence is taking the party away from us.
I dont know whether this mail reaches you or not but if it reaches you,I need an answer for all the questions I posed.I believed you.I trusted you.I supported you and now I am questioning you because I cant sit silent when people are dieing for no reason

Being on track

                      What it takes us to keep on track? I am reckless, careless and everything negative in this world. yes, I was and may be I am but always its not appropriate. I went through a phase of ignorance, instability , sadness, grief, gloom and many unwanted things and I finally came to the range of acceptance. Still, I didnt understand many things, but I remember my mentor's words. 

             

                   Some one awaken me in the middle of the night.I was confused and I learned that things were going against me. What to do? what not to do? I wanted to stand by myself.Stand stubborn .Stand with courage. Stand such to provide strength to others. I managed but its superficial .I cried in the darkness, smiled in the bright light , but I took resolution to realize my mentor's dreams.They are not as simple as they seem. Rather I dont have any blue-print with me  but conviction and dedication, as he said to be my tools

                 I took the decision to stanld by values but many cases , I found myself violating but I trust one day I ll reach the point of absolute.I, these many types in this blog may indicate me as ego-centric but words from heart never search for proper usage and the rules.

             All is well, 

           My pedagogy was superb

            but still miles to go before I sleep again.

          May u all stand with me when I need.

                      A year passed.After the attack, the Taj hotel was resurrected within a month and Sivraj patil was compelled to resign but his inefficiency was never questioned and he was simply spared,providing cabinet status in another form.England team which has gone back canceling 2 ODI's came back and played the tests and the whole cricketing world appreciated their courage

                    Y.K.Sabhrawal and co. has given a land marking judgment on 11January,2007 about the reforms to be taken place in the police department and they stressed the importance of establishing a civilian division in Police department .These reforms not only curb terrorism but also brings down the crime rate.This judgment was put aside by Sivraj patil but I think, Chidambaram can bring these reforms in the police department and make India stronger and thus not causing any harm to common man of India.

                        Ironically, no journalist or any media house or common man has consistently asked for these reforms after an year of 26/11 attacks. Post-terrorist attack condition is same as that  of previous conditions and if the condition like this ,I or you may the next victim of the terrorism .Raise the voice and ask for the constructive reforms.

            Leadership is all about ideas.When you have ideas and when you can execute them in a right way, the output will be marvelous  and I feel a few Indians can make the  big difference , if they get the opportunity to lead.These are the people who can be the leaders to transform India into a nation providing food and shelter to every unprivileged and making her 100% literate ,0% poverty etc., etc.,

Day of thoughts

        The biggest asset of this nation is its youngsters who can bring the difference like never before.They can create wonders and they has proved it many times , still, they have zeal to go against all the odds to bring the change.In recent times, I have met a few individuals of my age group who have strong intention to change the society and make this world a better place to live for next generation at any cost. Bringing in the lost values is their aim and keeping values is their way.I feel proud looking at them.

      But it hurts me when I see a few other youngsters who has enough talent to create a history or to change this history but mediocre things are disturbing them. I never expected a guy with utmost values and unmatchable thinking power to rush over a girl . Love is always great and it is the fundamental base of any surviving society.Love never carries the pain with it and if it carries,it is not love.Its better to leave that type of relations there itself.All is well, I m disappointed and the day of unfortunate incident I witnessed became a day of thoughts for me.

      I thought of many things......the mistakes I made and the crisis my companions are facing these days .There is a need of enough courage to accept one's own mistakes. I played with emotions and I feel bad about it like anything but guys, I trust accepting the life is the greatest thing a man can do because emotions play a minor role when u go in the way of acceptance .When there are certainly big problems before us, how can u allow mediocre problems to come in your way?

      Guys, if u miss a girl/boy in your life...what the hell happens? Nothing ..The greatest gift to mankind is forgetting.....Every one forget everything bad/ good after a few time ,then why to waste our prettiest time of our life for mediocre things. Life is valuable, pretty valuable .Live, enjoy and let others live.

    I know a few guys, who have been addicted to sex,drugs and what the hell it is!  You are spending bucks of some others and the most important thing is -you are burning values like anything.How can you stand before the next generation as their protectors? you will be simply shameless before them.Dont tell me that it all happens because of hormonal bio-chemistry.By saying that , you are not making others fool but you are proving yourself as real dumb.

     No other nation in the world has these many opportunities/ challenges as of India.We have many things to respond before us.The nation where 30 million people still die of starvation and you guys die of sexual desire.I m sorry if I hurt your feeling but these are the words on roll , not an intentional crap.No one asked you to live like a legend but live like a citizen and live like an human being .What would have happened if your older precedents have been like you?Blood boiling..the same will your son think of you.

   A man can change any moment of his life. Change is law and why dont u accept the law? I m emotional about u guys because you are the biggest asset of this nation and you are the talented mob and you can really create wonders but Y do u stay passive and shut no word to describe .....

Come on .........make your deposits in the character bank of India .This nation needs you because you need this nation.Think and act and just dont back your own mistakes 

HUNGER

You are blessed to have 3 meals a day or more than that everyday but every one is not as blessed as you. They cry on the roads for a mere piece of bread and they shout for a flake a corn and they quarrel with other street children for a piece of eatable and they jump into the garbage bins for a few food splits of you 

                          In our nation around 29 % population are suffering from hunger and in the entire world 25000 people die of hunger everyday.Give ur hand Act now .Join this movement and enjoy the joy of giving.

                                           This nation is not destined to be like this.

                              Before 62 years, India was lead by the great first generation leadership of the kind which can be only imagined by any other nation. Jawaharlal Nehru,Sardar Vallabhai patel, Morarji desai,Gularji lal Nanda,Indira Gandhi( I wont admire her much as she had taken the nation into the verge of monarchism) and many others.If the nation is destined to be like this with endless opportunities for a few people and rotten meals and means for most of the population,we wouldn't have been granted with these type of leadership in the initial stages.

                         I believe in the bright future of this nation.I m an optimist that this nation will be potent in every field but there are some truths which every Indian should know, accept and break.Have you ever been into a government office to get your sanctioned? I know, you would have been forced to offer a bribe. Every problem has a solution and never a society is perfect. You would have offered the bribe and get your work done. Untill and unless you stand against the wrong and you stand for the right, this nation wont change.There are a few ways to get your work done with out offering a bribe.RTI(Right to information Act) is a great weapon in your hands.

                       You are blessed that you have enough money to offer a bribe but this nation has 29% population who dont have 2 meals/day. If they don't have a meal to eat, how can they pay a bribe? History teaches us several things. Hongkong, before 40 years, was one of the most corrupte nations in the world but today they are the most honest people in the world.You ask any person who visited Hongkong about his bitter experiences. You will get a blank answer.They achieved this by an independent anti-corruption system and law.Believe me, citizenship is the most honorary thing than any other position/profession.Stick to it and change this nations future.

                   In our nation, its our misery that our birth decides many things.You may like it or not , but your birth decides your caste and your opportunities. If you are born in a filthy rich family , you will be able to get the best education opportunities everything and if u are born in a slum area, you end up with no education and no opportunities.Every child born in this nation should get access to the best opportunities available.Our misery is that, the 10 youngest parlamentarians are sons/daughter of politicians. Even the politicals offices are transferable hereditary, that means treating this nation as their own property.

           Every individual can make the difference. Lets wait for your turn to show your power as a citizen of this nation

                  " People from coastal andhra are pure rowdies", say telangana people," and "Rayalseema people are factionists." These statements wondered me for 15 years. In school, I have taken pledge several times that India is my nation and all Indians are my brothers and sisters. Of course, I used to avoid the word sisters as it didn't carry for a few beautiful girls in my class and school at that time. I heard even people describing Telangana inhabitants as Naxals

                  I understood the depth of my nation in the last five years.I am being exposed to various cultures of this land and enjoyed my most of the time with oriyas,punjabis,bengalis etc., but it wonders me that why I am  still unable to call them Indians. It hurts me when some one rates me according to my state.Andhra pradesh is a great state in the eyes of eastern indians and a mediocre state in the eyes of other states of south India, but no one considered them as Indians sharing the land with them

               When some one call me South Indian,I feel proud as Indian but I feel bad as an adjective preludes my exact identity. I can understand the difficulty this nation faces with thousand of languages and dialects and I really understand the cultural differences we have but despite of all these difference, I firmly believe this nation can be 1.

              A nation will be great not because of its cultures and traditions but because of its people and their knowledge. A good education system should impart multiculturalism but not multistatism(wow what a worst terming it is) but I find many of the institutions in India encourage multistatism only .

  

           In my own home, I hear people criticizing other castes and praising our caste as all gods rest in our caste only and making the younger generation cast-driven or say madness-driven.After all this nation is of youngsters and by 2020, everything will be in the hands of youngsters and Why these old people spoil/poison our brains with this caste,creed,region,religion differences.?

              Chetan Bhagat's new book 2 states is in stores now.First book 5 point someone,second one is 1 night at the call centre,then 3 mistakes of my life, now 2 states...this is the number sequence I was referring too.The book is not too good in its humour/ anything but the subject that this nation should not have these many partitions especially the people shouldn't have this many partitions in their heart at-least. At least the next generation should answer"INDIA" , when they have been questioned about their identity

Congress won decently in the general elections and a stable government has been formed at the right time as Indian economy needed a good treatment AND TEAM MANMOHAN can do it..........and Women empowerment bill is on its track again.....Now Women wont search for jobs...Every unemployed women will become a corporator/MLA/MP.........just kidding.......Indian voter has given a fair judgement and particularly they sai "YEH DESH KISI DHARM KA NAHI HAI ........HINDUSTAN SIRF HINDUVON KA NAHI HAI"
My attention was on JAYA PRAKASH NARAYAN,the ex-IAS who contested from Kukutpally,Hyderabad and won with a decent margin of 9000 votes and his party also bagged a decent 1.5% votes contesting in 245 assembly constituenceis.........Really Democracy won to a certain extent as the Loksata Party contested without distributing the liquor and money..........whatever it is.........I want to see them growing like anything as they are capable of preventing the tears of poor..............Their agenda was really an eye-opener for all orthodox political parties........I have gone thru it and found it as the best agenda at this time.,.




India was finally out of world cup.........but I have been more disappointed by the Advertisements.......Y companies are unable to come with creative advertisements?...........Pepsi's I CAN advertisement is the only one new advertisement which is good and all others are same old without any creative touch...............I want to see good advertisements in the coming days........Anuja Chauhan where are you?----YEH DIL MAANGE MORE.............

I stood on the railway platform looking at the crowds of Hyderabad.I had a feeling of mere 15 hour journey bringing me to an another World from the jail of Christian missionary orphanage where I had been living for fucking 18 years

I cam to the entrance pulling luggage trolley & I had been stopped there by a poster with bold letters

I searched around for a public telephone.Yes,I needed a job.I didn't know about the qualities and qualifications I should possess to earn that job.All I knew was the necessity of money to make a livelihood in a city like Hyderabad

The phone started ringing at the other side.Some middle-aged woman with a husky voice came on to the line,"Hello! SancharEnterprises Employment desk.Swarna Latha Speaking."
"Hello.! ........I m in search of job.",I tried to be polite.
"Accha.! You are....."
" I' m Sindhu from Berhampur,recently came to Hyderabad"
She interrupted me and said," Actually, We have jobs for men only and now we are in much need of men"
I almost put the receiver down when she was telling,"Hold on.! Just a second.You come to our office and let me check it out with my boss."
I noted down the address and searched for the refreshment room.

I just though of a small office room when I heard odd name like Sanchar Enterprises but it was well-furnished with 20 cabins and over all area of 30000 sq.ft.All cabins were transparent glass cabins except a comparatively big and completely closed one at the corner which was fitted with black opaque glasses.
I inquired about the employment desk in the reception and said that Swarna Latha madam had asked me to meet her in the office.Receptionist told me to go to the 19 th cabin,besides the opaque cabin
When I reached there,she was checking some bio-data's and had given a sharp glance at me and said"Sit down."
She continued to do her work and asked"You are Shilpa.Am I right?"
I said,"Madam,I 'm Sindhu."
"Yeah....Don't call me madam.I m Latha.You can call me Swarna even"
"Madam!........sorry...........Latha ......I m here for..."
She interrupted m and said,"Yeah I talked to the boss,he will meet u and remember,his first meeting is supposed to be an interview for u.He is a god-damn intellectual who never cares anything except business.He will judge u with in minutes."
"Latha,I have a different thing to tell u."
"What?"
"I have passed +2 but I have no certificate of that..."
She shouted,"What?........".
"yes,Actually......."
She showed her palm indirectly asking me to stop and called inter-com and said,"Vivek,the girl is waiting for u."
I don't know what he said but She showed me the way to opaque cabin and said,"Now u are supposed to meet Vivek Patel,M.d Of Sanchar Enterprises"


When I was almost going to knock the door, An young ,authoritative voice form inside said,"Come in."
I walked inside and before myself asking for the permission,he said,"Sit down."

It was a complete glass room both inside and outside .From that room,he could look at the entire office but no one could see the things happening in the cabin from outside.He sat in a revolving chair and laptop on his table and behind him was the logo of sanchar where both the ends of 'S' in Sanchar were curved and extended resembling roads.Vivek was written on the name plate before him without any designation on it.He was in his early thirties with neatly shave moustache and well-set hair.He asked,"Your name is Sindhu.Is it?"
It annoyed me but answered in a monosyllable,"Haah"
"Well, how many languages can u speak?"
"Telugu,Oriya,Hindi,English"
"English at the last........Any hatred towards English.
It made me tense,"No.Not like that....."
He mingled and said,"Its OK.Do u know the nature of our business?"
Shit,what a nuts I'm .I must have known this at least I must have asked Latha
I said,"no."
I thought ,he will definitely ask me to leave but he said,"O.K. U will come to know about that later.Do u have any questions to ask?"
I was really unable to understand him but as he had given me chance,I said,"Sir,I passed my +2 but certificate was lost."
He had give a smile and said,"No issues.We don't need any qualification and certificate.We need skill only."
He looked into his computer for a few seconds and said,"Sindhu! I will find a job for u and the salary is 4000 p.m and there may be an increment and decrement after few months depending upon ur performance and you join from tomorrow and u are supposed to know about all our business operations by next week and meet me after 7 days and you can get any help from Latha.She will give u an appointment letter."
I was confused.He would find a job for me in his business and even the questions were mediocre with out a single question about my skills and strengths.May be this was the approach of finding a right job for the right person .What ever it was! I was a proud employee of Sanchar Enterprises, with out knowing anything about the company.
